Terms of Service

Welcome to Bronxridge. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User”, “you”, or “your”) and Bronxridge (“we”, “our”, or “us”) concerning your access to and use of the Bronxridge website, applications, algorithmic tools, analytical interfaces, and related services (collectively, the “Platform”).

By accessing, browsing, registering on, or otherwise using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and our related documentation, including our Privacy Policy and Risk Disclosure. If you do not agree with any provision set forth herein, you must immediately discontinue using our services.

1. Eligibility and Account Creation

To use our Platform, you must be at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) and possess full legal capacity to enter into binding obligations. You affirm that you are not resident in or a citizen of any country subject to UK, EU, US, or international trade sanctions or financial prohibitions.

When creating an account or providing verification credentials, you agree to submit truthful, accurate, current, and complete details. You remain solely responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and preventing unauthorised access to your account. You must notify us immediately upon suspecting any security breach.

2. Nature of the Software and Platform

Bronxridge provides an automated market analysis and execution interface that integrates machine learning models, statistical pattern recognisers, and algorithmic execution routines for cryptocurrencies, foreign exchange, and equity CFDs. You acknowledge and accept that:

  • Bronxridge is a technology and software provider. We do not operate as an investment fund manager, deposit taker, or regulated financial adviser.
  • No content, tool, indicator, signal, or calculation displayed on the Platform constitutes personalised financial, tax, legal, or investment advice.
  • Past mathematical or backtested model performance provides no assurance of future market results. Algorithmic trade execution may be influenced by slippage, market latency, liquidity constraints, and system outages.

3. Third-Party Brokers and Connected Venues

Actual trade execution, custody of fiat currencies, and holding of digital assets are facilitated through independent, third-party liquidity providers, regulated brokerage firms, or decentralised protocols (“Third-Party Partners”). Bronxridge does not take direct custody of your trading capital unless explicitly specified. Your relationship with any Third-Party Partner is governed solely by their independent terms and conditions.

4. Prohibited Uses

You agree to use the Platform strictly in compliance with applicable United Kingdom and international laws. You shall not:

  • Decompile, reverse-engineer, disassemble, or extract source code or proprietary algorithmic weightings belonging to Bronxridge;
  • Use automated scripts, scrapers, or bots to overwhelm, disrupt, or compromise the stability of our infrastructure;
  • Engage in market manipulation, wash trading, spoofing, or fraudulent trading practices across connected exchanges;
  • Circumvent geographic restrictions, identity verification checks, or technological security barriers;
  • Utilise the Platform for money laundering, financing terrorism, or executing illicit transactions.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights in the Platform, including proprietary algorithms, user interface designs, visual assets, trademarks, branding, codebases, and analytical computations, belong exclusively to Bronxridge or its licensors. You are granted a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited licence to use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial analytical trading purposes.

6. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

The Platform is provided strictly on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, statutory, or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted uptime.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable laws of England and Wales, Bronxridge, its directors, officers, employees, and technological partners shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, punitive, or incidental losses, loss of profits, loss of data, or trading drawdowns arising from your use of, or inability to use, our algorithmic systems, price feeds, or market signals.

7. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Bronxridge, its affiliates, and representatives from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and reasonable legal expenses arising out of or in any way connected with your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Platform, or your violation of any statutory right or law.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Both parties irrevocably agree that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim.

9. Modifications to the Terms

We reserve the right to revise or replace these Terms at our discretion. We will indicate the date of the latest update at the top of this document. Continued use of the Platform after the publication of revised terms constitutes your acceptance of the amendments.
